Originally printed in Tel-Aviv 1946 in Yiddish and Hebrew. Portrait of Herzl (drawn by Otte Wallisch) appears in the center and the inscription \"The Jewish State is the World\'s need and it will therefore be established\" in Hebrew and Yiddish.
