This is in very good condition. It measures 3" h x 3 3/4" d. It is stunning! Light olive green and cream match striker showing little to no signs of use. Marked “Dubonnet,” “Grand Prix 1900,” and “Vin au quinquina.”

This ceramic French bistro striker (also known as a pyrogene) is a liqueur advertisement for Dubonnet, Vin au Quinquina – Grand Prix 1900. These were given to restaurants and bistros as advertisement materials in the early 1900s. I just picture a smokey dark bistro on a rainy Paris evening when I look at this beaut. Grab it before I change my mind and keep it for myself. I’ve seen these listed for as much as $350.
