I am "almost" certain this is ABP made by Clark but will not claim as such as I am not an expert. It is a beautiful Crystal Sugar bowl. It weighs a heavy 1.38 lbs and is 3.5" in (outside) diameter and 2.5" Tall and in very good condition. Has some very light scratches on the bottom, some very minor chipping around a few inside edges, and some light yellowing of the glue attaching the handles. All of these things are difficult to see (PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR BEST DESCRIPTION).
