Due to a spate of returns after the delivery of items to the buyer, with reasons given as "changed mind" , "ordered by mistake", etc , I am forced to remove the "returns accepted" option so I can decline and strictly enforce the rules to stop these type of returns. The new option set is "returns are not accepted" so as to stop people from misusing the returns policy and wasting everyone's time. My apologies
