SCHWINN HURET SPEEDOMETER HUB DRIVE HARDWARE KIT BICYCLE BIKE SPEEDO For Sale

This is everything you need for the southern end of your Schwinn or Huret speedometer installation (for all speedometers made by Huret of France, not Stewart-Warner): a complete bushing and washer kit, foam dust seal and free instruction sheet reprint, as they were provided in the original Schwinn speedometer sets from Huret. These are new replacements for the parts that tend to wear out, fall off or otherwise get lost when a used speedometer set is removed from one bike and transferred to another, and these are the parts you need in order get through Step 6 (and Figure 5) of the installation instructions to correctly align and install the drive hub on the front wheel. (See Photo 5)

This hardware kit is compatible with the chrome Schwinn Approved Huret speedometers, drive hubs and drive cables (not included; see my other sales for examples of those), as well as Huret-branded bicycle speedometers. It consists of:

• One 5/16\" axle bushing(silver), for Sting-Rays, road bikes and lightweights with standard 5/16\" front axles and coaster or caliper brakes
• One 3/8\" axle bushing(black), for Krates, heavy-duty models, tandems, or any other modelswith Atom drum brake or heavy-duty front axle
• Four installation washers,Schwinn 39 601, to be used to clear either the inner face of the front fork or the axle cone nut, as needed
• One foam dust ring seal

I am also including a free scanned reprint of an original instruction sheet to help you get it all installed.

NOTES:

• This is not for quick-release front hubs. This is only for bicycles with bolt-on front axles.
• These are not for Stewart-Warner speedometers. These parts are for Huret speedometers (either Schwinn-branded and stamped \"MADE IN FRANCE,\" or Huret\'s own brand).
