This is an new original with no use other than when it was signed, the carrying of the this rare edition in baggage from the former USSR to the USA, and when pictures were taken for this offering. The Mikoyan Design Bureau also know by the acronym, MIG. This rare Publication was for the commemoration the 50th anniversary of MIG Designs and was only presented to official visits the the former USSR to Dignitaries during visits during that cold war era. This one was presented to a delegation of United Technologies Pratt and Whitney officials.
