1968 Indy 500 Floyd Clymer's Indianapolis Yearbook IMS 191pp
This was part of the large well cared for Charlie Walker collection. Charlie was very active in the Indianapolis community. One of his main passions was the track - which was where you would find him through the entire month of May. Charlie served at IMS for over 55 years with the legendary Tom Carnegie on the Public-Address team before retiring in 2014. Mr. Walker passed in 2018.
Aqualitypublication full of detailed photos, charts, accounts of the race and a technical section, among many other features. There is very little, if any filler with these Clymer publications - it's nearly all solid content.
Showing only minor signs of wear or handling consistent with its age - mostly slight toning. No writing, tears, fold creases or loss.Colors are vibrant.In good to very goodcondition. It measures approx. 8 1/2" x 11"Packed for shipping, it weighs over 1lb, so this ships USPS Priority service.
