Scarce 1927 Paloma Inn San Rafael CA Cobalt Blue Lenox Porcelain Teapot 1926 Hallmarked Gorham Silver E.P. Lid and rings. No cracks noted. A couple of small chips along the base rim. Scratches from use noted. The lid and silver plated rings are in good condition with light scratches noted. The lid opens and closes to a nice tight fit. Some aged patina remains. Lightly polished. A beautiful piece of California hotel history. The Paloma Inn was designed by renowned California Architect Creston H. James in 1927. That would put date this teapot to the opening of the Inn.
