The photo appears to be a transfer of packages from the United Parcel Service truck to the propeller plane pilot. It is likely a United Air Express Service plane. I did some research, and that\'s all I was able to learn about the photo.
The framing was done more recently than the photo, but it has a nicely aged feel.The wood frame has some scrapes & dings. The backing paper has water stains & some wear, and the wire is rusty.
The frame measures 16 3/4\" x 20 3/4\", 1/2\" wide.The mat aperture for the photo is 8 1/2\" x 15 1/8\".The photo appears to be in good condition, with a bend near the top right. Since it is under glass, I\'m unable to inspect it more closely.
