Condition is Used, as it was displayed. Overall great condition. Flea bite on hat, pipe, and timepiece. Nothing significant, minor and as shown in pictures

Statue constructed of chalkware / plaster and hand painted! Great piece for that train collector / enthusiast!
Statue weighs almost 3 pounds and is approximately 10.5\" inches tall x 4.25\" inches diameter at the bottom / base.

Shipping - We do our best to accurately pre-quote shipping for each item. The amount of time it takes to safely and securely package each item as well as shipping supply costs does not generate any additional revenue within our shipping department.
We also strive to not over inflate item pricing in attempt to offer \"free shipping\".
Should you feel our shipping is slightly off, you are welcome to submit your \"best offer\" on the item(s) of interest.
We are always open to combining shipping to help you save $. We ask that you contact us prior to purchasing if you would like combined shipping. It will provide us the opportunity to become aware of the items you have interest in and to foresee any possible complications in combined shipping of those items.
Our typical shipping terms for our items are within 3 business days after payment is received. Should you need the item(s) sooner, we ask that you contact us either prior to purchasing or very shortly after. We will make every effort to accommodate, especially during the holiday season.

Returns - We carefully inspect and handle every item that we offer. We simply cannot afford to offer free returns any longer. As you know, when items are purchased locally, if you wish to return, you must get it back to the purchase location in order to do so. That includes, but is not limited to driving, time, gas, etc. We ask that you contact us immediately if there is something wrong with your order.
We cannot accept new, opened returns that have been used.
We are a relatively small, family owned and operated business, thus operating very different from large department stores. If it was our error, we will refund, if it was yours, we will do everything we can to help the situation.
Returns will be reviewed and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We simply cannot be responsible for buyer remorse or a change of mind.
Approved returns require the return of everything in the original purchase in their original condition.
