Vintage All Metal Utility Shelf Railroad Train Says "For your Purse & Parcels". I was told this would affix to the wall in a train and then can be pulled down so you can set your things on top of it. When you take your items off of it, it retracts back up. It's a very neat piece. It does have paint wear and scratches throughout. As you can see from the photos. Haven't seen another like it.
