Vintage 1948 Curtiss Salted Nuts Print Ad Ephemera Wall Art Decor Double Sided For Sale

This vintage 1948 Curtiss Salted Nuts print ad is a unique piece of ephemera that can be used as wall art decor. The colorful ad features a variety of salted nuts and is double sided, taking up two pages of a previous magazine on the other side. The piece depicts a crying bear with an empty bag of nuts on the left and a full advertising sized bag taking up about half of the piece. The ad really displays a common style of advertising from the mid 1900s and provides a blast from the past type of atmosphere. The piece has been kept against a cardboard backing while being wrapped in plastic to preserve it, and what a job it has done. The colors are still vibrant and it’s close to what it was originally intended to be. In terms of damage there isn’t much to speak of. There are two pieces of tape on the back side to provide stability in the center of the piece due to the original placement. It is creased down the center as well from being inside the magazine. Including the cardboard backing the piece measures about 21” wide and 15”.
