Clock is running (look at quick video) and appears to keep good time, over 2 days I didn’t time it down to the second.

Brass has normal wear and patina from age. On the top you can see where the brass is shinier there was a award plate which was removed by the previous owner. The brass could be buffed if desired or displayed as pictured.
