VERY Rare VTG perfume bottle set w/box. Three of Hearts by Matchabelli. 1950.:

‘Three of Hearts’ set by Matchabelli. 1950. This very rare set is a fantastic find! It includes 3 scents, Holly Berry, Potpourri & Gypsy Patteran. The bottles, their stoppers w/original seal covers, front & neck labels, are mint! They are clear glass, each adorned on one side w/the raised Matchabelli crown design, & on the other w/a raised wreath. Sides w/lines of raised stars. 1 oz. 3.25” x 2.5” x .75” Stoppers are shiny gold metal Maltese crosses, & covered over w/sealed plastic down partially over neck labels scripted ‘Prince Matchabelli’. Flawless bottom gold labels show the scents. The contents have evaporated to syrup & residue only. Box is sturdy, w/frame to seat bottles firmly & outer cover has slight paper ware on side & top rims. It is a soft blue, w/hearts & ‘Three of Hearts scripted in white. On cover, a card matching the set name, & tied w/a red satin ribbon across top. Fantastic! 3.5” x 6” x 3.25”. (See photos for details).
