THIS is a spectacular French antique religious medal by Elie Pellegrin in heavy solid silver and enamel. Saint Luke is depicted in enamel over silver .

French silver hallmark and makers mark on the edge of the medal

The hallmarks are on the side edges and can be seen alot better with a magnifier or jewelry loop. There is wear on the pendant due to the age of it. The enamel is beautifully done. Please look at the pics well, for the pics are a part of the description.
