Height: 1 3/4 inHandle length: 9 1/8 in The Institutional line was introduced in 1954. Designed for use in hospitals, restaurants, schools, and military bases it was copper clad and featured heavyweight, all stainless steel construction. Institutional cookware was made with heavier gauge bodies than regular Revere Ware and did not require rolled rims to stiffen the sidewalls, making them simpler to clean. Although this line was well received, sales never got off the ground and it was discontinued in 1958.
