It's a solid wood, handmade back in those days via machine, Boeing desk set. The pen is long gone. The design is etched into the wood nicely featuring the Wichita skyline and a Boeing 737-500. So I'd say this is vintage. Approx. 9 1/2" wide, 4" deep, 1 1/8" tall.
