The turntable spins, it plays 78 RPM records, there is no speed settings. Arm needs a needle. The knobs turn but the tuner needle is not moving and the setting are not changing. We did hear a crackling sound through the speaker. Cabinet and tubes / speaker all appear to be in good condition.
