The countershaft has been located amere 80mm from the swing arm pivot to minimize chain slack throughout rear wheel travel. With thechain properly adjusted, two simple rollers handle all tensioning chores.In addition to other weight-saving features, the kick starter, shift lever, brake pedal and both handlevers are forged aluminum.
