This lot belonged to Navy Serviceman Charles J Braitsch. His medals, photos, money including a rare philippines emergency 5 pesos note, his Ray Ban Sunglasses, his Valiant Ingersoll watch.

The most amazing piece is his personal diary aboard the USS Viburnum from August 11th 1944-Sept 8th 1945.

The craziest entry is from October 28th 1944 when the Viburnum hit a Japanese mine and killing serviceman.
