Mid-century hand cast brass bookends manufactured by Philadelphia Manufacturing Company, PA.
Bookends measure about 4-1/2 inches high and each one weighs about 2-1/2 pounds.
Bookends are finished to resemble 2 leather-bound volumes leaning up against one another.
One is missing its red felt surface-protector on the bottom. The other still has its felt, along with the original Philadelphia Manufacturing Company foil label.
Very good condition.
