Tested and works. Plays music and the turns. Horses go up and down as should, see video for demonstration.
Phyically there are several defects. The top of the carousel and ticket booth have broken off. There appears to be a couple other spots that show signs of a piece broken off. Also theres some sort of wax on the stairs. I'm not sure whats happening there. It looks like it can be cleaned up. I'm not 100% sure of everything that could have been included so please see pictures for all other details. No box.
