Condition: Coloring along edge has gaps, looks distressed - could be intentional. It does look like its part of the art's character, but it all might be paint chips. Some light marks/scratches on front. Notable paint chips on back. I'm not sure completely what the material of the plate is, but it's pretty durable and I do believe it’s clay. I know very little about this art, as research has proved fruitless.
