This souvenir is made from the cladding of a downed Mi-8AMTSh helicopter. It is double-sided, with one side bearing information about the downed aircraft, and the other side featuring an image of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, V.F. Zaluzhny.

The helicopter was shot down over the city of Makariv in the Kyiv region on March 4, 2022, with the coordinates of the crash site being 50.47251, 29.83524. The aircraft had the registration number RF-91292, call sign "83 Blue," serial number 67-06, manufacturing number 8AMTS00643136706U (manufactured in 2013).

The souvenir comes with a stand-holder and a wooden gift box with double-sided UV printing on its lid. The diameter of the souvenir is 5 cm, and the dimensions of the wooden box are 11 x 11 cm.
