The Holy Family Vintage & New Holy Medal by Bouix & A. Penin Foundry France For Sale

A very unique opportunity to purchase a never before sold but vintage medal with the Holy Family on the front. The back is suitable for engraving. 4 grams.  3/4 inch in diameter.  This medal appears to be silver and possibly three alloys.  Designed by Bouix and struck in the Adolphe Penin foundry in Lyon France. From the unsold inventory of The Catholic Art Store in business from 1906 to 1965 in San Francisco specializing in imported Sterling and silver medals and medallions from France.  Can be buffed up beautifully if desired.
