Purple jasperware with white relief of a reclining Fairy (with wings) playing a lute, this pattern is repeated on two sides of creamerCreamer stands 2 7/8" in height and spans 4 1/4 from handle tip to spout tippiece is impressed on bottom with the S&V mark along with some numbers - 3 ? 7 0THIS IS VERY OLD AND BELIEVE TO DATE C.1920'S OR SO
CONDITION - Piece has a rim chip along the top purple part of rim (smaller) and also in same area down into the white glossy inside of creamer area (larger), there is an ever so slight FLAW, tiny brown mark on the rim lip that seller believes was in the manufacturing process, finally there is a blue smudge mark on the bottom of piece (please see photos for faults) otherwise a nice, clean piece, great to use for a shelf display
