Description:

Beautiful jewel reliquary from the first half of the 18th Century, Germany. Made in gilt brass finely chiseled and decorated with twisted golden thread.

Double faced with a Jesus Christ on the cross in porcelain on one side and a hand painted saint Barbara, on the other, holding a chalice with the Eucharistic and Chalice on one hand and a martyr´s palm leaf on the other.
Condition
Excellent overall condition. no missing parts. Glass is cracked but painting is secured
