The artist description of this work.I was asked to create a poster that would portray both the modem and historical aspects of the renovated St Pancras International station. When I visited the station I was very impressed with the light feeling of the renovated roof and so set this as the sky background. The beauty of the original hotel building is fascinating. I also decided that the imaginary train would pass back through time from today\'s Eurostar, through InterCity, \'Blue Pullman\', British Railways Mark 1. LMS and Midland coaches, to the earliest days of the original station.
