I purchased this from an estate sale form a person who had worked for the Studio. It is numbered and has the COA letter but is not signed as far as I can tell. On the COA it reads “ To Marc, I designed published and created this cel for Walter Lance” and it is signed Harry Kli I believe, cannot tell for sure.
