We \"DO NOT\" deal in through the mail autographs. We are also one of the ONLY autographs companies to have our own secure OnlineCOA database. Each item we sell is assigned a 7 digit COA code together with a matching certificate of authenticity. This is then linked to the buyers surname and you can then view your item anytime, anywhere in the world by login in to our website database.
We are “UACC” Universal Autograph Collectors Club Registered Dealer #260 and ”AFTAL” The Autograph Fair Trade Association Approved Dealer #005.
Although the majority of our autographs are obtained in the UK, we have travelled to destinations such as America, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Scotland and many more to collect the perfect autograph for our customers. We have attended Film premieres both in the UK and abroad as well as Film Festivals such as the Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Venice Film Festival and the Cannes Film Festival. We also attend the TV Upfronts in New York.
Where possible we obtain video or photo proof of the celebrities signing.
Payments
UK, we accept payment by: PayPal which includes all major Debit and Credit cards, Postal Order, Bank Transfers and Cheques allowing 5 working days for cheques to clear.
REST OF THE WORLD: PayPal which includes all major Credit cards, Money Order or Bank Transfers which must be in GBP Pounds Stirling ONLY. We are currently unable to accept any foreign cheques / checks.
Payment is appreciated within 3 days of your purchase.
Shipping
All items are normally shipped within 24 hours of purchase or if at the weekend or UK public holiday then the next business day.
If payment is made via PayPal, we will only ship to the verified PayPal address. Please do not ask for your item to be shipped to any other address.
Shipping charges are as per our item descriptions. All photos and placed between 2 sheets of protective card and shipped in a “Please Do Not Bend Envelope”. Framed items are bubble wrapped and shipped in a secure box. We use a number of different services to ship our items and these depend on the size and weight of the item.
