We deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses via U.S. Postal Service.
Our packages are fully insured. We may utilize signature required. In accordance with PayPal and policies, we cannot reroute your package to a different address or hold your shipment at the local hub for pick up, your order must be delivered to the confirmed PayPal address that was provided during your checkout.
We are required to collect New York State sales tax when ship to address is in New York.

Returns
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number for a refund follow these steps: Find the item in My under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. All returns require an RMA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RMA# it will be refused.
All returns must be in brand new condition and be packed with all contents which came with the original package including all the tags (if applicable). Retail box cannot be used as a shipping box. Return shipping costs are not reimbursable unless the error was made by us, then we will issue you a prepaid shipping label. There is a 10% restocking fee on a voluntary return of this particular product. Using the wrong return reason may result in additional restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
