#1 - If the post office attempts to deliver a package from the SHE-SHEDand the exterior shipping box is damaged, please refuse delivery and it will be returned at no cost to you.
If you accept any package at the point of delivery that is damaged and did not request the Post Office Carrier mark it as damaged and return to Sender, at that point theBUYER is responsible for any return shipping costs.
The Post Office will return the refused package at no cost to you andif a replacement item is available, the replacement will be shipped at no charge to the buyer. If no replacement is available,a 100% Refund for what you originally paid (excluding any cost for buyer to return a package) will be issued to your account as soon as the package arrives back at our warehouse No other returns will be accepted.
#2 - Items are sold \"as-is\" and/or as described in this listing, we do not list items as in \"perfect\" condition because anyone can find flaws in anything. If you chose to return an item, the buyer pays for the return shipping costs (must provide tracking number) and refund will not be processed until the return is received and inspected.
We process all insurance claims through STAMPS.COM or the US Post Office for any item that was damaged in transit.
