Also, please be aware that close up pictures might emphasize dust and minor imperfections that you won\'t see with the naked eye. Most of our items are from 30 to 50 years old and will have some degree of stress cracks, crazing, etc. Expect them. We do not highlight \'typical wear\' unless we feel it is out of the norm. Additionally, wires get brittle, rubber dry rots, strings get frail. Talking mechanisms go mute. Battery operated items stop working. All our items are sold for display purposes only.   Listing is for a Desktop Model Plane Stealth Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit USAF 12\" Wingspan.

  The Classic Marvel Figurine Collection is a magazine series published by Eaglemoss Publications from 2005 to 2012, through which consumers can collect hand-painted lead figurines of the Marvel Comics characters. The figurines are produced at a 1:21 scale, so that regular figurines have a height around 9 cm (3.5 in). Bigger figurines are also produced: bulky characters like the Hulk are considered as Specials while giant characters like Galactus are called Mega Specials. Double Packs consisting of two figurines of related characters have also been released.

  The Classic Marvel Figurine Collection was a magazine collection by Eaglemoss Publications, and Marvel Comics, launched in 2005 in the United Kingdom. The series was so successful it inspired the release of The DC Super Hero Figurine Collection which started 3 years later. The two \"competing\" comic universe figures would run simultaneously for a number of years. Each informational magazine featured a single Marvel super hero\'s history - and was accompanied by a hand painted, roughly 3 1/2\" tall, lead figure of said character. \"Special\" editions would be created to accommodate the \"larger\" Marvel characters. The collection consisted of two regular issues a month, with a special issue released every two months, to accommodate the larger characters in the Marvel Universe. The same format and figures were released in other English speaking countries - as well as some Spanish speaking ones (the accompanying magazine was translated into Spanish). The magazine series officially ended in 2012, with 200 issues in the main series, twenty specials, seven mega-specials and four two-figure packs.

  Note: the comics and figures were sent via standard snail mail - while the figures were generally well protected in cardboard boxes with clear acetate \"formed\" bubbles/covers - the magazines were merely placed into plastic bags - with most (all?) suffering typical mail transportation and aging wear. Note while our figures and magazines will ship with their original boxes (unless otherwise described in the listing), the original outer plastic \"baggie\" will not be included.   • Payment is due within 2 days of sale close or date of purchase - EXCEPTION: if payment is snail mailed, we request it to be mailed within 2 business days. defaults to only online payments but we have no problem with personal checks or money orders. Just be sure to tell us you\'re sending one and note that checks are held up to 10-15 days to clear.

  • We do not charge packing nor handling fees. Signature required on all packages over $500.
  • Combined shipping: Yes, we combine shipping and ship at exact cost. Please request invoice prior to payment (or it will cost you a little more due to \'s fee structure)
  • Shipping Time: Our normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. There is a one business day processing time needed for shipments (ie items paid by midnight Sunday will go out Tuesday. We try to get most items paid on Monday shipped on Tuesday - but if time doesn\'t permit, please don\'t expect package to ship until Friday).
• Damaged in Shipping/Returns & Refund Policy

  Damaged Items:If an item arrived damaged, contact us immediately. Please be sure to retain ALL packaging including the box and packing materials, and we will file an insurance claim for you.
  
  Returns: Due to the nature of vintage and collectible items, there are no returns. Everything is sold AS-IS. Buyer is responsible for reading description and reviewing large pictures provided. The pictures are comprehensive - if it\'s not in the picture, it\'s not included. The items we sell are vintage collectables so expect natural aging/wear. However, we will consider a return if there was a significant oversight in listing. Please contact us for authorization. Buyers would be responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance would be required and must cover the final offer price. Changes of heart (ie buyer\'s remorse) will never be a legitimate return reason. We will not consider for return any \'sealed\' item which has been open by buyer - regardless of contents. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns or order cancellations - at our discretion. We do NOT offer partial refunds.

  We REALLY love selling internationally. We\'ve met many people through the years and many have become our dearest friends. Your business is important and valuable to us. However, please do not purchase, if you are unable to comply with the following:

  Please do not ask us to put down a false amount or classify as a gift. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to know and pay all their own country\'s duty/import taxes and fees.

  NOTE: We\'re back baby! Due to the extremely punitive nature of selling internationally on , after decades of selling internationally, we had severely restricted our international shipping to just Canada and Japan. In 2022, announced the institution of new international shipping policies that looked very promising and which we welcomed! Since being accepted to \'s Global Shipping program, we have been faithfully, once again, servicing our international customers! And darned glad to be able to do so!
  

• Our Gripes and Complaints! For those of you who missed all the fun - decided to punitively punish us for 9 months as we refused to sign up for their \"managed payments\" plan - in which hijacked our payments in order to charge us a fee for access to OUR money when we wanted - instead of when they decide to give it to us. We finally relented when they pulled the plug on ALL our active listings (during this time, we couldn\'t add or edit listings but could let our normal store items \"ride\"). But has become a very hostile environment for small business sellers - especially vintage dealers whose business model doesn\'t fall in line with \'s forced model. We have been ramping up our presence in other venues - where sales tax isn\'t collected and we can offer better pricing. Enterprising souls can find us easily by internet searching \'L & L Collectables, San Jose\'. Look for us - our inventory is also there - along with non- items.
