The world's largest aircraft, Antonov An-225 Mriya was destroyed on the 24 Feb 2022 during the firefight between invading Russian forces and defending Ukrainian forces at Hostomel airport, commonly known as Antonov airport. Antonov Airlines and public interests for rebuilding An-225 have been growing. Richard Branson also shown his interests in it when he visited Hostomel airport. 40% of proceeds from the sale of this model will be donated for the crisis in Ukraine. It is planned to introduce An-225 models (Antonov Airlines livery) in 1:400 scale and An-225 models in both 1:200 and 1:400 scale in USSR livery with Buran, spacecraft on top of An-225 fuselarge. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MODEL IS NOT DIECAST BUT RESIN BASED.
