I am not a book grader , but for it’s age in good condition. The binding is tight, has no writing inside, and there is no torn or ripped pages. The worst signs of age are on the back hard cover and upper top of spine (see pics). It has usual blemishes and slight discoloration expected in a book of this age.

The pictorials are amazing, I tried to capture some in the pictures I took. I also took pictures of every page in the contents so you can see exactly what’s in this book.

One part of this book I particularly enjoyed is in the back, A Simple Dictionary For Catholics : Containing the words in common use relating to faith and practice. I found this resource very interesting and enlightening.

This book came from the personal collection of a Catholic Nun here in Massachusetts.

The book measures 10.5 inches L x 8 inches W and is 2.5 inches thick.

It is one of the nicer copies I’ve seen in existence. This book is packed with great history and intellect. Certainly a great resource of Catholic Doctrine, religious figures and practices, along with Spirituality.
