1970's-1990's TWA Purser Wing 3rd Issue, Type II (Flight Service Manager Wing) For Sale

Offered is an original TWA Purser Wing 3rd Issue, Type II (this is NOT a flight attendant wing as it is often incorrectly described as). This was used from the late 1970's through to the early 1990's. It measures 2-13/16" in diameter. It is made of plated brass. There are no hallmarks on the back. Wing is complete with both threaded post and the screw on disc fasteners. This wing is in overall nice condition as observed. You will get the exact wing that you see, study the pictures as they serve as the description and show you exactly what you can expect to receive. (NOTE: Before the 1986 strike & the rule changes that occurred, this wing would also double as a Flight Service Manager wing when the "Flight Service Manager" bar device was fastened to the back of this wing and appearing below the wing. The removeable bar allowed for easy change in title of the employee. In later productions of this wing, that bar became permanent making the wing all one-piece.
