White reports in his book \"The Making of a President 1968.\" White speculates Hubert H. Humphrey might have won the presidential election if he had ballyhooed the story. Chinese-born Mrs. Chennault, now an American citizen, is the widow of General Claire Chennault of World War II fame.Photo measures 8 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 7-9-1969.
