This military license plate topper was likely used on a Commander\'s staff car or the like during WWII. At this point in time, this may be one of a kind. Rare to see!
Note that A.T.C. is near bottom of topper, in this case A.T.C. stands for Air Transport Command. Looking at the Wikipedia page for Miami Army Air Field, you will see the ATC component there was only in operation from 1942 to 1945. Image of pelican carrying supplies is fitting for the mission and might have been a design for a squadron patch or emblem.
