This is a pretty silver coloured medal style pin badge made to advertise the Aeroflot fleet and featuring the Ilyushin IL-62.
The badge face is 3.2cm high and has a safety clasp style fastener to the rear.
The IL-62 first flew in 1967 and thanks to its long range could service parts of Russia that had previously required several days to fly to.
