I don’t know much about this piece it appears like it works but I am no type write expert could use a cleaning and some oil but I did not want to damage it. Sold as is

Please note that all items are sold as is. No refunds will be issued to anyone who does not read this. I sell a lot of NOS which means new old stock items that’s found in storage. If an item is sealed I will not open it to check it out that is part of buying items such as this. Used items are just that used, some may require further cleaning, have signs of use, it is the buyers responsibility to review photos and make a decision on that. Please review photos as they are a major part of the item description. I will not issue any refunds for items that are running late as I have no control of the package once it leaves my possession and unfortunately I cannot control weather, wars, natural disasters, etc.. Also if for any reason delivery is refused and an item is sent back to me it is the buyers responsibility to contact be about arranging shipping as I am not paying shipping twice from my end. No warranties are issued for any items. I will test items that I can before posting them but it doesn’t matter if it is a day, week, or month later and something quits working it belongs to you. I will not open new sealed items to test them. I do not accept returns just because you changed your mind, wrong size, etc. again when you buy it you own it same as you would at a yard sale or flea market. As a matter of fact I do not accept returns at all. If there is an issue such as you received the wrong item or the package was damaged you can message me and we will work something out. But if you received the item intact it belongs to you as simple as that. I can provide measurements on higher end clothing items but be aware I sell it based on the size marked on the tag and if you don’t fit you still own it I will not accept a refund. I am not Amazon or Walmart that accepts returns and I do not have any association or deals with any manufacturers. If for any reason there is a issue such as being damaged in shipping my policy is that the buyer has seven days from the date the tracking number shows the item was delivered to contact me or the claim will not be heard. Any used parts that I sell are also sold as it. All items must be paid for with 24 hours or purchase, best offer being accepted, or sale close or I will cancel the order and relist it unless you have contacted me directly to make arrangements as I have had too many issues with non-payments for items. I prefer to only ship within the continental United States if you live anywhere else and purchase something I will cancel the order if shipping is over the amount I allotted for unless we have worked out an arrangement. If you have purchased an item and request to cancel after the item shows it is shipped then it is too late to cancel the order if I have e already paid for a shipping label. No I do not offer free shipping. I do not get any further shipping discounts other than what any other seller on here gets. Most places that offer free shipping makes up for it in the items price and I try to be as transparent as possible. I try to make sure the shipping prices are close to actual cost plus I have to allow for tape, packing, bubble wrap, etc.. If you want to add insurance on an item please contact me about it. I generally ship most items via ground services either UPS or USPS most heavier items will go UPS as the shipping is cheaper. I will compare shipping prices after the sale is made and which ever of the two is cheaper is who I will go with u less buyer has contacted me and we have agreed to certain request. On certain items I am able to combine shipping on if the buyer messages me.
