This original circa 1928-1930 single color baggage label waspublished by AIR UNION. This French airline luggage label is for the citiesParis, London, Lyons and Marseilles. Printed in red on thin paper this unusedlabel with un-gummed back measures 4 7/8 inches in diameter.
This unused un-gummed back label is not a copy or a reproduction. Ifound a large collection of vintage baggage labels at an estate sale twentyyears ago along with other travel advertisement items such as KLM and IMPERIALAIRWAYS LTD time tables dated 1928. It is safe to say that this label is fromthe late 1920s. I have several of these labels available if you are interestedin more than one.
