Antique Railroad Booklets early 1900s lot. These discuss fare increases and other legal issues. They are from the estate of a president / vice president of the Illinois Central Railroad Company. They are marked with an oil pencil that was part of his filing system, and some are officially stamped with date of receipt. Overall good shape, some discoloration curling creasing and other signs of age is seen on these rare historic documents. One cover is more discolored than others
