All about An-12-BK-PPS

The Antonov An-12-BK-PPS proofed to be a very versatile transport aircraft. It was produced in large numbers and is still in extensive use both with Air Forces of the CIS and commercial operators. Its sturdy construction and its rear loading ramp gives the An-12-BK-PPS the capacity to operate in remote areas or from poorly equiped airfields.

In its importance as a cargo aircraft in the CIS, it comes only second to the Ilyushin Il-76 jet. Therefore, the An-12 can be observed on Western European an Middle Eastern airports quite frequently.

Besides the standard tranport version, several specialised versions were developed. While the Russian Airforce still maintains a number of An-12-BK-PPS holding electronic sensing and counter measures equipment, other An-12-BK-PPS were used to track weather patterns.

Our suppliers aircraft offers a reliable, safe and cost-effective way to transport your time and price sensitive product, even out of remote airfields. The An-12-BK-PPS is the only aircraft in the 20 ton capability class of aircraft able to operate even from unpaved fields

Comment:

Hello everybody and welcome to a new review. This time I have done a review of an excellent plane as the Antonov An-12-BK-PPS Russian Air Force is. This plane does not have virtual cabin installed. By the other hand the main cabin is full of detailed, plenty of gauges. There are two models with different textures, one for Silkair and BK-PSS of the Russian Air Force. Both are detailed like the real planes. The model includes moving wheels. The plane sounds has been taken from the real engine sounds of the Antonov. After checking the plane on the ground, I’ve take off and seen that the landing gear comes into the plane as it should do. A must download for russian aircraft lovers.

My rating is 7/10
