Seller was fine. The knife is cheap yes, but the lock bar is trash. If you snap the blade open the bar slides completely to the far right and locks so tightly that you have to pry the lock bar loose with a flat tip screwdriver. Simply a no go in my book. I will break it down and trash it so nobody can get hurt. Not worth sending back frankly.
