After over a week without it being shipped, I canceled the transaction, within minutes it was back up with a higher reserve. I think the seller didn’t like the price I won it for and was stalling until I canceled.

That B-17 order was a hair close to shipping out. Yes, I was running a little behind in getting it out to you. I even told you why it was going to be delayed via email. I was actually enroute to the post office to get it express shipped. But you said to cancel it. And I did. I honored said request and refunded your money. AS YOU REQUESTED. Furthermore it was only delayed by 4 days, NOT "over a week" as you falsely stated. If you had exhibited a little more patience, you could have had it.
