No communication from seller. Sent them 2 messages because at one point my package was stuck at a secure facility which required them to contact the Canada Post. Scrolling through feedback seems like they only reply to select sellers. Item was eventually received, but not as pictured (hoodie is shown with zipper but does not have one). Questionable authenticity for that reason. Nice material glad the seller accepted my offer. Neutral review because I am neither satisfied nor disappointed.
