Quality pen
I have been using my Cross Parasol pen for about a week and I love it. One exception is that the ink has started to run out but I bought replacements ahead of time. Either I do a ton of writing for work, or the ink included lacks longevity. Either way, good product.

Ink refill was not turned in enough
When I began using my new pen , I compared it to my 60 year old pen, which is like new and noticed the ink tip did not protrude as far. As was worried about it but after taking the top part off I found the ink refill was not turned in enough ! So I am happy now. It is perfect ! If anyone else has that problem be sure to check that.

Good ink pen
Nice-looking, price was reasonable. Only negative thing is when you push too hard while writing the ink cartridge pushes up into the pen.
