Free Shipping within the Continental USA only. A little history of the Wade Ware Whimsies - Wade ware goes way back in history. I am just giving a small glimpse of the figurines I am selling.Between 1953 and 1959 Wade produced 10 sets of Whimsies to sale with the 5 of the sets having a theme. During the 1960\'s Wade decided to design new miniature animals to be included as \" free\" in party crackers and tea bags. So once again, being so popular, Wade introduced a new line of Whimsies for retail sale in 1971 which were marketed over thenext 13 years.
I have for sale here two of EACH or 6 Whimsies with no boxes and stamped as shown on the back WADE ENGLAND
The Wart Hog or Razorback Pig. Hippopotamus and the Beaver. These 6 are being sold as a set (orseparate but email me) and are in good shape. They have been wrapped up in a box for many years. I have other Whimsies for sale so take a look at my different sales and let meknowif you are interested in any of the different animals. They can be soldseparate or together and shipped for a great price together. I am not an expert on these Whimsies but I do know that many of them were made in the and distributed in the 1970\'s. Some are stamped on the bottoms and some are stamped on the base in back.
