Claims/Refunds - Please DO NOT request a return on merchandise damaged in shipping. Insurance claims will be filed upon proof of damage (proof of damage is pictures which are needed to file claims). If your item arrives to you damaged in shipping, please contact us and DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY. In order to file a USPS/FedEx online claim from our end, we must have pictures of the box at every angle, shipping labels (tracking/addressee), wrapping materials, bubble wrap, and the breakage. Shipping carriers now also require a physical inspection of damage/breakage before finalization of a claim and/or refund. So this means after a claim is filed online by us, you and us both will receive a letter in the mail or contact my phone instructing the damage to be taken in for a inspection. Once the inspection is completed, let us know and we will verify and refund. We usually don\'t have problems because we wrap and pack very well in heavy duty oversized boxes (please see response), but you just never know with shipping carriers these days with their automated robotic sorters and all.
