Firstly a note re postage.We postitems within one day of payment, after that everything else depends on the postman! Of late AustraliaPosthas introduced a number of changes which has considerably slowed delivery;we appreciate your patience and understandingwhilst waiting for your item. In relation to the current world pandemic we are experiencing Australia Post domestic delivers taking 1-3 weeks and international deliveries 1-3 months. Please consider this before offerding. Our free postage does not include tracking, if you want tracking on your purchases please contact us.
Also a note re offers. On many items we offer the MAKE AN OFFER option. Depending on the item/s we consider any offers for over 50% of the full value but we do not respond to offers less than 50% of the full value.
We often provide more than one scan of an item. For example with a page of stamps we might provide 3 scans, typically the full page then the top half and lower half in detail, this allows e.g. flaw collectors, postmark collectors etc to view the pagein detail.
We usually sell stamps but sometimes other stuff (dolls etc) the info below refers to stamps.....
When we sell a page or pages of stamps on e.g. old album pages wefold the page/s for posting wherever possible, and especially if you are outside Australia. For example Australia Post charge approx $15 to post a one page (unfolded) album page to the UK, and the same cost for any size envelope (large or small) over 5mm in thickness. Please contact us if you are outside Australia and you purchase an album page/pages and want them posted unfolded. We can then give you a quote for the additional postage.
When we sell hagners of stamps or stamps on thick album pages that cannot be folded we will more often than not remove the stamps for posting. If you want the stamps posted on the hagner/ album page please advise us and ask us for a postage quote.
We collect stamps for fun so wealways provide a full refund if a purchaser is not happy with a purchaseregardless of the circumstances/descriptions etc, so please contact usif there is a problem and we will happily give a full refund.
Please note we provide basic descriptions and goodscans.If the items come with notes we include the notes but we do not check them. The scans form part of the description,socheck the scans for the condition etc of the items. When we sell e.g. a page of stamps, especially older stamps, we do not always check the backs of them so some could be in mixed condition, if you want a report on the reverse of any stamp/s where a reverse scan is not shown please ask and we will be happy to assist.
Weprovide detailed scans and give basicdescriptions. If we are listing stamps that came to us with annotations etc we include the notes but we do not check them.This applies especially to postmark ratings where we do not always have references to the annotations.
We also tryto mention faults that might not be obvious in the scan/s, eg tears, and are happy toprovide amore detailed condition report if requested,as well as additional scans etc.
When we sell postmark lots which we describe as a postmark lot we do not show or describe the reverse of the stamp as most postmark collectors prefer to display the front of their stamps in their postmark collections, and they can clearly see the condition of the front of the stamp/s and the postmarks from the detailed scans we provide. If you do purchase stamps described as a postmark lot but intend to display the reverse side of the stamp in your postmark collection rather than the postmark please contact us before offerding and then leaving adverse response (without contacting us) when you are not happy with the condition of the reverse of the stamps, so we can send you a scan of the reverse of the stamps before you offer.
Wedo not have the knowledge or resources to identify all reprints, copies, forgeries, later printings, reproductions, ratings etc, butwe do give a full refund under any circumstances.
